Informatics is concerned with how the design and use of computer systems can be done in such a way that it improves the quality of life in work and play of individuals and society.
The department of Informatics offers a wide range of degree programmes and courses which allow students to specialise in their chosen field of interest. Most education is given in Swedish using text books in English. However, some courses are given in English for non-Swedish speaking students.
