Research
Coming
from a background in Cognitive Science, I have a strong interest
in Human-Computer Interaction. In my research, I explore the concepts
of Usability and Entertainment. My main focus is on methods and
methodologies for usability evaluation of entertainment focused
interactivity.
My
thesis is focused on design and evaluation of Pervasive games; games
that integrate the physical and virtual worlds, that can be played
anytime, anywhere and draws on social interaction between players
in the game play.
I'm
currently a member of the Entertainment Services research group
and the Cross Media Interaction Design research group (CMID)
here at the Department of Informatics.
